We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· The completion of our website contact form
· The completion of our client registration form
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide the adequate care for your pet, contact you in any emergency situations, provide booking details, sending invoices and keep in touch about any updates or changes to our services.
We may share this information with your veterinary practice in the event of an emergency.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(b) We have a contract of service in place

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored 14 Arlington Road, Brockworth, GL34GB.
We keep personal identifiers and contact information (customer registration forms) for as long as you are a ‘active’ customer with us. If no services have been booked after 1 year, you’ll be logged as ‘inactive’ and your records deleted. We will then dispose of your information by shredding any printed records and wiping any digital copies from our system.
